For the first time in years my newly created user got Notice of Password Set
Failure mail
(I do not remember even setting it in IDM configuration)

This is a notice that your password could not be set in the SALAD system..
The reason for failure is indicated below:

Reason: Could not set password via platform call. Err=5 (access denied)
