There are a few users that upon changing their passwords when prompted
by eDir, the password expiration date does not change. The next day
they are again prompted to change their password as the expiration date
is from the day before. The password expiration is changing in AD just
not in eDir. The passwords show to be successfully processed by IDM.
We are using IDM 3.6 bundle edition. Has anyone ecountered this before
and if so what was the remedy?
