Hello,

I'm currently creating my own silent installation, where I want to
create the server object, the driverset, the structure of the
eDirectory, and of course install IDM and also the iManager module. I'm
having some problems getting it to work propperly.

I've edited the install.properties file under /install/propfiles to
contain the following:

Code:
--------------------

SELECTED_PRODUCTS=UID_IDM_FRAMEWORK,UID_IMANAGER
CONTINUE_CONFIGURE=true
CONFIGURE_PROPERTY_FILE_PATH=/path/configure_new_tree.properties

--------------------

The configure_new_tree.properties looks like this:

Code:
--------------------

################################################## ################################################## #############
#This is a template property file for the silent install
#Make a copy of this file and fill in the parameters and pass it to the silent install command
#This template file is filled with default values
################################################## ################################################## #############

################################################## ################################################## #############
#The following list tells the strings to be used for each product
#UID_IDM_FRAMEWORK = Metadirectory Server
#UID_RBPM = Role Based Provisioning Module(RBPM)
#UID_IMANAGER = iManager
#UID_REPORTING = Identity Reporting Module
#UID_EAS = Event Auditing Service
#Give the products to be installed in selected_products separated by comma
#E.g.,SELECTED_PRODUCTS=UID_IDM_FRAMEWORK,UID_IMAN AGER,UID_RBPM,UID_REPORTING,UID_EAS
################################################## ################################################## #############

SELECTED_PRODUCTS=UID_IDM_FRAMEWORK,UID_IMANAGER
