When tracing a driver to a log file when starting the driver, I am
seeing the line "Restricting file Permission" and then the trace file
name. While in general I think it is a good idea to restrict the trace
files to only be readable by root. However, I have now run into a
situation where this is causing me problems. My client will not grant
me sudo or root access to the RHEL server running the engine, but will
give me access to the log files directory. But IDM keeps changing the
file permissions so I can not do anything with the files. Granting
permissions to directory does not help, granting permissions to the
files only helps until the next time the driver is restarted. Is there
any way to revert the permissions on the log files to pre-IDM 4.0
