I was wondering if anyone knew how Office 365 associations are created.
Basically we are using the objectGuid as the ImmutableId in Office365
for federation purposes. I originally thought the association would
look similar to Active Directory's but it does not at all and I can't
figure out how they calculate it. I would like to know so I can write a
script to populate users that are already out in Office 365 that will
just need an association when I implement the driver. For example this
is what I see:

The base 64 encoded objectGuid: I0l8d+tOV0imdXTOcVkVBA==

AD Driver Association: 23497c77eb4e5748a67574ce71591504

Office365 Driver Association: 4ca7d619-8b5f-4ad9-838a-3e3855e1b55a

Anyone that has some insight into this is helpful!
