Our Peoplesoft driver stopped working during a critical time frame for
Peoplesoft. It has been connected and working with no problems for over
a year. The HR folks say the Peoplesoft app server is fine but the
Identity logs have the following error.:

..CIException: DOWNbea.jolt.ServiceException:
Timeout\nbea.jolt.SessionException: Connection recv
error\nbea.jolt.JoltException: [3] NwHdlr.recv(): Timeout Error<

I found some documentation that mentioned perhaps the password might be
incorrect. We have reset the password on the Identity driver and
Peoplesoft application but we continue to receive the same error.

Is this is a Peoplesoft application server issue or am I missing
something on Identity drver.
