A couple of times now, I've received back a "fatal" error from the O365
driver shim:

Error Connecting to Office365. [ps.outlook.com] Connecting to remote
server failed with the following error message : The WinRM client cannot
complete the operation within the time specified. Check if the machine
name is valid and is reachable over the network and firewall exception
for Windows Remote Management service is enabled. For more information,
see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.
Anybody else running the O365 driver getting this? If so, what're you
doing about it? Since it's a "fatal" error it shuts the driver down,
requiring manual intervention to restart it. On restart, it connects up
fine and goes back to working normally.

I'm considering putting a policy in to turn the fatal error in to a
retry, so the shim will just pound on it until it gets through.
