In the documentation there is reference to a System Role called Role
Auditor. I have seen this in previous versions, but in version 4.0.1 of
the User App that role does not seem to exist.

Ultimately we are looking for a way to assign granular access to
running Role Reports without giving the full Role Admin access to
helpdesk staff. I have tried giving Browse rights to the group.
Anything else they would need to run the reports?
