I do not understand why you are trying to use the Integration
Activity within a Workflow to update comments in that Workflow.

If I understood you correctly, you would like to send a comment (but
you have not outlined which one and from where) in an email. Is that
correct?

If yes, then please explain your use case again. Also, it might be
easier to open a Service Request to work with you on this as you have
used 3 + forum post to get to this point.
