1) You have to put the value from the "TelephoneNumber" field on the
Request form into flowdata in the post activity from the Start (Request).

2) You have to select the Modify action in the Entity Activity for the
Attribute you want to modify

3) You then need to map in the value either statically, by
flowdata.get(), or using a Function you wrote.
