I'm using NetIQ User Application - Identity Manager Roles Based
Provisioning Module Version 4.0.1 Patch C, Build Revision 38774.

On login to User Application, it sometimes display an error message
"This portlet did not respond in time" in place of the portlets.

I believe this is a generic error message that is displayed when User
Application couldn't read portlets from JBoss server due to slow
connectivity or server being busy but do we have any NetIQ document/bug
report supporting this fact?
