Hi guys!

We developed an workflow and when the request has been denied we need to
notify user by sending an email, informing which comments the manager
has wrote, saying the reason to deny the requested role or resource.

The problem is that we just can't read the named password, to use the
SOAP features by an integration activity. We need to store safely the
soap user password instead of let it clear and opened inside the log and
workflow code.

We followed the documentation 'and that topic'
(http://tinyurl.com/ayae5qp), but it's not working for us yet.

OUR ENVIRONMENT IS RUNNING WITH THE LATEST PRODUCTS: NOVELL IDENTITY
MANAGER 4.0.2 AND USER APPLICATION 4.0.2 (RBPM).

Anyone could help us to figure out what is happening here?
