User Application 4.0.1 Patch C

I have configured the Identity Reporting module and i have started
collecting data.

When i click the Download Reports from Download page it keeps loading
and not displaying the reports
I dont see any logs in user application while loading.

I checked that I could connect to internet from the User Application
server and Firewall are turned off.

Let me know how to troubleshoot this issue.
