So, I have created a Java application, which I have bundled as a .jar -
It is possible to call my jar with 3 parameters, for example from
commandline like this: program.jar param1 param2 param3

I want to call my application from a workflow, say when a checkbox is

I've looked at some solutions which use the IDVault.execService()
method, but I can't seem to get it to work. There is almost no
documentation on this, at least I can't find any, exept a few lines here
and there.

A solutions says to put the java files in the IDM.war under
work/WEB-INF/classes/ and edit the UIControlRegistry.xml so that the UA
has permissions to call it. But is all of this really nessesary? All I
want is to call java -jar program.jar param1 param2 param3

Example of what I would like to do: var
result=IDVault.execService("C:\Program Files
(x86)\Novell\jre\bin\java.exe -jar", "C:\program.jar param1 param2

And yes, this particular IDM installation runs on Windows.

Thanks in advance,
