Hi All,

I am trying to call a Remedy webservice method from my PRD for ticket
creation, using the integration activity. But I am getting below error.

com.sssw.b2b.rt.GNVException: rt001801ocument I/O error: peer not
authenticated; ---> nested javax.net.ssl.SSLPeerUnverifiedException:
peer not authenticated ].

However using same WSDL, I am able to call the WebService , and I am
getting the positive response also. i.e I am getting a ticket number as
a result.

But why the same is not working from IDM workflows ? Please tell me what
needed extra here to be configured ???
