Hello, i m currently having this problem on my DEV enviroment. Everytime
i make changes on my workflows or my e-mail notification templates, the
emails related to them are not sent.
Sometimes restarting WebSphere service solves the problem but today i
made one change on my templates and then i couldn't receive no more, I
would like to know if there's any option to restart the email
notification engine?

My current Enviroment is:

IDM 4.0.2
UAP Patch D
WebSphere 7.0 FixPack 29.
Exchange 2010
