We use IDM 4.0.2 on windows and user application is connected to MS SQL
(2008). Since the MS SQL is managed by other team, they sometime for any
patch update they bring down ms sql server without noticing us. Due to
ms sql is down, the netiq idm user app shows error and when we see logs
it says no connection to sql server.

1. How can we capture this error and send an email to IDM Admins.
2. After sometime, sql team bring up the sql server. But the IDM User
app still shows error in the log not able to connect. When I restart
user app (jboss) it is connecting to sql server. Is there any way,
without reboot is that possible?
