We are running IDM 4.0.2 patch level 6 and RBPM patch E. IDM and UA are
running on different servers.
Sometimes, the User App does not respond or the response time is very
high. This is causing issues on roles assignment/removal launched by a
Null driver.
When the driver calls the endpoint for roles assignment, it gets the
error message :
Message: Code(-9205) Error in
: Couldn't request assignment of role: 'xxx' to identity: 'xxx':
java.rmi.ConnectException: Connection refused

This does not occur all the time.

I noticed that when the User App does not respond to calls from IDM
server or from my development workstation, at the same time if I try to
access to the User App from the UA server it does respond.

This is occurring only on production environment. The problem does not
occur on test or dev environments.

I checked JBoss logs, I don't see errors related to RMI.

Can anyone help?
