Here is a sample test assigning an entitlement.

We don't have an "entitlement" action yet but you can still do it by
adding the correct attributes.

You'll want to tweak this for your specific entitlement but the steps
are more or less:

- Make sure DirXML-EntitlementRecipient is added as an objectClass.
- Add a DirXML-EntitlementRef attribtue with the correct information.
i.e.
----------------------------------------------------
cn=Service Catalog Item,cn=Services Catalog,cn=Driver
Set,ou=DirXML,o=services#1#<ref><src>UA</src><id/><param>CC2378F5-3287-D4D2-F834-647044EB222</param></ref>
-----------------------------------------------------

To assert it's there:

Use an Assert DirXML-EntitlementRef attribute value contains, with a
value:
cn=Service Catalog Item,cn=Services Catalog,cn=Driver
Set,ou=DirXML,o=services#1#
