we are using Novell Access Manager 3.1 service pack2 version.From
last one month we are continuously facing some issue in our access
gateway healt status.

Problem is that, automatically the heart beat of LAGs goes down due to
some cache memory problem.when we check in Admin
console->Devices->Access gateway->Health , we find issue in L4 and
cache.So,we clear cache for the solution.But After 5-6 days that problem
again occurres in alternate LAG.

Kindly suggest we are facing this issue.

One more thing is that this problem started when we made some changes
in NAM for storing daily logs with the help of the shell script.Please
let me know whether this may be the cause for this issue.
