We are having problems with the SSLVPN client on our AM system. The
problem only seems to occur with Windows 7, Windows XP has never had
this issue and it's mainly on our 32 bit Windows 7 clients, though I
have seen it happen once on a 64 bit client. (We have to use 32 bit Win
7 on most of our admin computers for compatability reasons).

The problem occurs while the VPN client is connecting -the user enters
their credentials, the client downloads, starts and gets to 40% of the
connecting stage and then stops with a red cross.

None of the other workstation logs seem to have anything much in them.

The only way to fix the problem once it occurs is to delete the user's
profile off the computer. One computer it happens on a lot has 3 or 4
people who use it at different times during the week, but then other
computers only have one user but they also have this issue.

Any idea how we might go about troubleshooting this issue?
Is there any documentation that tells you what the percentage progress
indicators on the login page actually mean (ie what is happening at 10%,
20% etc as the client loads and connects)?
