I have downloaded the latest version of NetIQ Access Manager - version
4.0. I downloaded the appliance, and after an error-free installation,
when I try to login to the administration console x.x.x.x:8080/nps, it
redirects me to x.x.x.x:8443/nps/servlet/portal and says "Unable to
connect". On inspection, it appears that port 8443 is not responding to
requests. What can I do going forward???? I have a working local DNS
server, and have not yet connected this intranet to the internet.
