After working out a few kinks with our NAM/SSO implementation with a
third-party service provider I am running into a new issue. From their
end I am getting this error:

I am not sure what product they have on their end. They asked I verify
that I am sending over a redirect request. That appears to be what it
was doing but I do not recall anything in the setup for that or anyplace
I can check.
