AGS 6.0p2.

I am collecting data from an Oracle database using the JDBC connector.
The database is for an italian client and NLS settings are set
appropriately. This results in, for example, ARGENTO being sorted
-before -A001234. AGS 6 then reports

java.lang.RuntimeException: sailpoint.connector.ConnectorException: Data
out of order exception. Data should be sorted in ascending order. Last
identifier 'ARGENTO' current 'A001234'

I can override this behaviour by ordering my search results using the
NLSSORT function, but every combination I have tried results in
-something -being out of order. Returned values can contain '-', '_',
'/' A-Z, 0-9

The closest I have reached is using NLS_SORT=GENERIC_M_AI except this
sorts '/TMP/A001' after 'A001234'.

Has anyone collected from an Oracle JDBC source before and encountered a
similar problem?
Is there any documentation describing the sort order which the JDBC
connector is expecting?
How can I ensure the following example values are sorted into an order
acceptable to AGS6?
ARGENTO
A001234
AGSUSER
AGS_AGENT
DEMO_CR
DEMO02_CR
DEMO02-CR
DEMO02_BR
/TMP/GWL

Thanks,

Gordon
