The one section about what happens between now and the end of support
may be confusing to some. Until the withdrawal date of Sept 1, 2014--
all support benefits for Aegis 2.1 and 2.2 are in place for those who
have paid for them. *After September 1, 2014*-- NetIQ will no longer
provide updates, upgrades and hot fixes for Aegis 2.1 or 2.2. Support
requests on these products will also not be accepted after September 1,
2014-- only Knowledge Base articles will be available for a limited
time.
