    Hi Jorge,

I have reviewed all the data you provided, however it seems that you may
have posted this in a forum which may not be able to help you. This
forum is designated for NetIQ Cloud Manager (NCM) and so it is not often
you will find SuSE Forum admins here and so you may not get any answers
    from posting here.

I would recommend that you repost this in the SuSE Forums in order to
    get better assistance.
