First off, sorry if this is the wrong area. If there is another area you
recommend me to post this, I definitely will.

I just wanted to find out if anyone has used this tool offered on the
Communities page to ask a couple questions and eDir settings.

It works sometimes, then sometimes, it just stops with the below error.
I can't seem to get it to work consistently. Keep in mind that when it
does finish it has the same fatal error listed in the log file so I
don't think that is the issue. Also this org it is searching has around
15,500 users in it so it takes a little bit but not that long.

This almost seems like a resource issue as when I start the script, I
see the cpu cycles around 70% all the way until it is done (when it
finishes completely) . When it kicks off this error after searching
through the organization, the cpu cycles go back down to 0-2 % like it
just stopped in its tracks. Could this be a Java issue?

This is on a SuSe Enterprise 11 Patch 2 with Java 1.7 and 2GB of Memory.
This is the only thing running on this server.
