SLES 11, OES11 SP1, iManager

I re-reorganized our new edirectory tree after migrating users, putting
all user OUs in a parent folder called users, instead of directly under
the single organization in the tree (i.e. users.mycompany); this is to
allow for simpler LDAP searches and user authentication while easily
avoiding all the system stuff. However, now I can't delete the old OUs
the users were formerly in. I can't delete an empty OU. There are 2
other OES11 servers attached to the current tree. I have full admin
rights. What am I missing? I tried doing it through "administration"
and just browsing to the object and deleting it.
