Are you sure it's
"cn=admin,cn=WITxxxx-NDS,OU=STATE,o=ORG"
and not
"cn=admin,ou=WITxxxx-NDS,OU=STATE,o=ORG"

"it is not taking the password"
A return code might help.

Also, you might try the password in all upper case
