A little late...
But the easiest way to solve this is to replace the old slp.dll from
the newest one that is present on the OpenSLP 64bit package available on
No need to install the OpenSLP just extract the slp.dll from .msi file
and replace the one that comes with the eDirectory installation package.
There are two copies of slp.dll that need to be replaced.

With this change the install procedure work perfectly.
