Sometimes Liferay portal says that the user doesn't have permissions to
enter the page. This happens even with admin (can't even access
Liferay's control panel). In the beginning of the year I have opened a
case with support on this, and they suggested to fix this manually in
SQL Management Studio in Users_Roles table. There's a RoleId column
which should be changed from 12 or 13 to 10 for Admin user.
Unfortunately, restarting NOC\Dashboard doesn't help.
Does anyone experience same issue or it's only on my setup? Does anyone
know how to manually force resync of users & groups between NOC &
Liferay portal, to avoid fixing SQL table?
