Hi All

I am looking to reduce the memory footprint of our NSL 7 installation
and was looking at disabling some of the un-needed (or so I think !)

The following two components are using quite a bit of memory and as we
don't require support for DotNet or Flash apps I think they are fairly
safe to disable:

- DotnetSSO - disable via registry key
HKLM\Software\Protocom\SecureLogin\DisableDotNetSS O=1
- FlashSSO - disable via registry key
HKLM\Software\Protocom\SecureLogin\DisableFlashSSO =1

There are also two services installed and running that I would like to
disable if possible:

- SLNRMonitorServer.exe - disable via services applet
- NSLEvtSvc.exe - disable via services applet

We don't use Sentinel, but it might be nice to be able to log to Windows
event file and not sure if nslevtsvc.exe does this, or is it just for
Sentinel logs.

Does anyone know of any downsides to disabling the above ?
