Customer is running 7.0.3 Build 313 in the Central Office, and no issues
are being reported. However; in the field they applied to bring the
testing client up to 7.0.3 Hotfix8 (build 411) and they are still
experiencing an issue in which no popups are being seen for NSL. I don't
know much about the product, but I pulled a few items from the log

Non SecureLogin Error(-603) T9000: Unable to read user's attribute.
Error: -603

Non SecureLogin Error(2) T9000: Couldn't open user volatile reg

Trying to get a debug log from a machine that is working to compare.
