In Novell SSPR we need to populate the HelpDesk User's Name or Login id
value into *Email notification* whenever password reset happens.

Steps to reach *Email Configuration settings* in SSPR page:

Login into SSPR -> Click on *Administration* tab-> Click on *System* tab
& select* Edit Configuration* option -> provide Configuration password
-> Click on *Settings* Tab & select *Email* option -> Now the *Helpdesk
Change Password Email* template will be displayed.

we tried below variables in email template but we did not get the
required output.
@LDAP:CN@,@LDAP:givenName@,@LDAPn@,@LDAP:mail@,@LD AP:WorkforceID@,@LDAP:User@

PLEASE HELP ME IN GETTING THE HELPDESK USER'S LOGINID AND NAME IN EMAIL
NOTIFICATION.
