Considering you're on Log Manager 1.1.x I'd recommend starting by going
to 1.2.0.2 so that if/when you call into Novell/NetIQ that isn't needed.
There were a lot of fixes put in after 1.1 so that 1.2 is a far-better
product.

Are all four reports going to the same destination? If you run them all
manually do they all generate correctly? If so, in how much time? How
big are the resulting reports? What do the log files show from that
time period (the time period from the start of the report's generation
until it should be done sending via e-mail given its size; feel free to
post your logs at paste.suse.com or similar)? Have you tried watching
the wire (TCP port 25 specifically) to see if Log Manager is even
attempting to send the data off to the mail server when done running
those other two reports? LAN traces posted somewhere
(ftp://ftp.novell.com/incoming/ if nothing else) could be really
interesting. Generate one with:

#assuming eth0 is your ethernet device
sudo /usr/sbin/tcpdump -n -s 0 -i eth0 -w /tmp/smtp0.cap port 25

Good luck.
