In the file sqlquery.js the following is written:

newQuery = newQuery.replace(/%s/, this.offset);

In one of our scripts to collect data from a database the following
query was build:

WHERE Column BETWEEN %s AND %d+%s

Despite the fact that the query is OK or not (using the functionality of
the between)
we get an error on the second %s (not being replaced by the offset).

I would suggest an upgrade of the function newQuery to the following:

newQuery = newQuery.replace(/%s/g, this.offset);

Any comments are welcome.

A workaround can probably be: adding the sqlquery.js in the build and
this file replaces the original one (but be aware that can cause other
problems (e.g. parameters which are being reset).
