I'm currently working on a password change application which can run in
several scenarios:

1. The application is executed during the login script, and checks for
password expiration. If the password has expired, it will prompt the
user for their current password, new pass, and confirm pass, then update
via LDAP using the credentials.

2. The application will run on a 5 minute rotation, doing as above.
Checking for password expiration, if so, display the prompt, if not,
kill the app as it is not necessary.

I've been doing some research and there seems to be some threads that
tap into what I'm trying to do. But not exactly what I'm trying to do.

The requirement is for this to piggyback off the current logged in user
session to the eDirectory using NDS without prompting the user to
provide their credentials to check their expiration time. I'm struggling
to complete this specific function of the application and want to see if
it's possible.

If any more info is required, just ask.
