Does anyone know if there are any future plans or current methods to
open the Helpdesk module up to allow attribute edits? We have an
attribute that is used to track historical data for users based on their
interactions with other staff. Currently this historical data is
manually added to user accounts via iManager but we would like to move
this to SSPR since our helpdesk staff are generally the ones making
these changes. In our current 3.2 version (v3.2 b62 r38408) we only
allowed to change passwords, clear challenge responses and unlock
accounts but it would be super if we could also grant some type of edit
capabilities to specific attributes. I have looked through the
documentation and have not found any reference to this capability so any
feedback would be greatly appreciated.
