I'm working on learning jaspersoft reporting and got stuck on a task and was hoping I might find some help here.

I'm interested in reporting on what software is installed on machines (we don't push much down, instead letting users pull on demand). It's been easy enough to find out which machines have what software. Where I get stuck is when I try to include the machines that don't have a particular product installed.

For example, I'd like to make a pie chart that represents the percentage of machines with Google Chrome installed. If I user filters on the product name to narrow the software list down to chrome, then I cut out the machines that don't have it.

Does anyone have some guidance on this?

Thanks in advance
