We are seeing alot of issues sending to aol.com. The problem seems to be intermittent. The issue is a user tries to send an email to an aol.com address and gets a message transfer delayed message from gwia.

We have one gwia and it forwards to our relay (gwava) which sends the mail on.

I have run telnet sessions from both gwia and gwava servers. Sometimes there is no issue sometimes i get 421 service unavailable try again later.
Users are calling because they are getting the messages . I know you can turn them off but it seems like there is an issue somewhere. Usually the message leaves the deferred folder and "transfers" within a few tries.

Here is a log from the gwia with verbose logging enabled.

Note: I added the ***

we do have checkpoint firewalls referencing TID 3661163 . But I do not see anything being blocked from gwava or aol.com. and we are not using anti-spam blade.

Any help would be appreciated!!!
