We have at least two members of the Active Directory group designated for customers that are not listed in the NSD customers list. Both are members of other groups and are listed correctly in those groups (e.g. Technicians or Supervisors). I'm aware of the "usual" reasons for non-listing, such as lack of an email address. But these accounts are setup properly in AD. We aren't seeing anything in the logs. We've added the users to other groups (where we don't intend to keep them) after the initial sync and seen them added to those groups. Only the Customers group seems to be affected. Our concern is that while we can easily see the issue with these two accounts - because these persons are also members of one or more of the management "users" groups - we have no idea how many other accounts might not be listed with no was to easily identify them.
