    Can't Unlock Surface Pro with Client 2 SP3 ir10b

    Hi All,

    We have an issue with our Surface Pro 2 & 3's. If we connect to eDirectory, disconnect from the network and the machine is locked - we are unable to unlock the workstation.

    I have tried the various 'Simple Unlock' options listed in https://www.novell.com/support/kb/doc.php?id=7015943 however we get the same problem. Whenever the machine switches to Local Machine locked state (no network connection), we just get a login screen with the username and the message 'Locked.' From there we cannot do anything with the touch screen, ctrl alt del etc. We need to power cycle the machine to get it to a usable state.

    Any ideas? The only option we have right now is to disable Novell logins and use the red N to login to eDir.

    These are our only Win8 devices, Win7 laptops seem fine.
