We don't have any clever GWAVA software for archiving / auditing purposes, and we have been asked to keep copies of all emails one user sends / receives.

I'm thinking we cannot really just do a rule saying anything new to him gets copied to X and a second rule saying anything he sends also gets copied to X. This I assume would be obvious for said person to see.

Is there some way of turning archiving or auditing or whatever it's called on for one user to ensure we copy all of their emails to a different account to keep a historical copy.
