Hello all, this is my first post in the forum.

I have a problem to generate the certificate to enable SSL in the User
Application. I read every post, thread in the forum, documentation and i
don't find a solution.

I follow the next steps:

1. GENERATE THE KEY, WITH THE FOLLOWING COMMAND:

keytool -genkey -alias name123 -keyalg RSA -keysize 2048 -keystore
name123.keystore -validity 3650

(I completed all the information like first name, name of your
organizational unit, etc. -keystore pass is equal to keypass-)

2. GENERATE THE CERTIFICATE SIGNING REQUEST (.CSR), WITH THE FOLLOWING
COMMAND:

keytool certreq v alias name123 file name123.csr keypass pass123
keystore name123.keystore storepass pass123

-I sign the certificate and generate signed.cer-

3. GENERATE THE .P12

../keytool v importkeystore srckeystore name123.keystore destkeystore
name123.p12 deststoretype PKCS12

4. CONVERT .P12 IN TO .PEM VIA SSL

openssl pkcs12 in name123.p12 out name123.pem

-At this point i don't have any error.-

5. GENERATE THE .PFX VIA SSL

openssl pkcs12 export in signed.cer inkey name123.pem out
userapp.pfx certfile ROOTCA.cer

At this point, there is an error "Unable to load Certificates". This is
the last point of the process, because once i have the .pfx, only rest
to change the settings in the server.xml and restart the User
Application.

Regards, Carlos.
