I am running GroupWise 2012sp2 on SLES XEN guest. Windows client on windows 7.
A user has deleted several 1000 mails from custom folders in the Cabinet. The mailbox is excluded from automatic cleanup, so the mails are still there.
I logged into the client mailbox from the full windows client and Undeleted all mails. All of them moved correctly into correct folders, which was verified both from own account and a proxy account.
The next day the mails were once again returned to the Trash Can, which I do not understand - how can that be prevented?
