In a large implementation some users started sharing or getting shared documents as external users.

Then they got an LDAP account so that they now are in the filr system twice (same email address, but different user-ID)

Basically i would say just kick the email-based external account and use the LDAP Account from now on, but some of them had shared things or got shares, so it would not be really kind to them to kill one of their accounts.

They would lose information..

I understand that there is no way to "copy the shared things to another account", kind of merging two accounts.

Am i right or did i oversee something?

kind regards
