We are currently running the latest release of CloudAccess 2.2.1-11,
using it to manage our Google Apps and Office365 accounts. I have a user
who is in our eDirectory Identity Source but is no longer appearing in
CloudAccess. The user was working previously as CloudAccess was used to
provision this user in Google Apps. The user can still login to Google
Apps now but she is unable to login to CloudAccess and it fails to
provision her Office365 account. I have tried to search for her account
under Roles but it fails to find her. I have tried moving the account to
another OU which the Identity Source is not configured for and then
moving it back hoping that CloudAccess will then pick up the change but
have had no success. Anyone out there using CloudAccess have any ideas?
