I have a user with 11,000 emails. She is searching on one keyword that is in the body of several emails. I sent her a new email with the word, and the search does not find the results. The search indicates zero results, but the globe in the bottom left hand corner is still running.

I ran two maintenance tasks. Analyze/fix database, and structural rebuild. This did not help.

We upgraded to 2014 two months ago, but all our users run the 2012 client still. I cannot reproduce this issue on my client, only hers.
