Good morning!

Last week I upgraded our 11.3.2 servers to 11.3a, mostly sucessfully.

However, there seems to be issues with one of our servers.

When trying to generate reports from the ZCC connected to that server, we get an immediate Tomcat error:

HTTP Status 500 - javax.servlet.ServletException: Servlet execution threw an exception

type Exception report

message javax.servlet.ServletException: Servlet execution threw an exception

description The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request.

note The full stack trace of the root cause is available in the Apache Tomcat/7.0.39 logs.

Any ideas on this please?

Cheers,
