In our Filr 1.2 environment, we can successfully share with external users and they can register and access the shared data if they register on a computer.

However, if they open the initial registration email and attempt to register on a mobile device (iOS/Android/Safari/Chrome all tested) it is unsuccessful. The link in the email brings up the registration form, but when entering information and clicking register, the request is never processed. The results are the same whether or not the mobile app is installed.

If the external user registers on a computer, they are then able to use the mobile app on a mobile device. But they can't perform the initial registration on the mobile device.

Very strange as both the external computer and external mobile device follow the exact same URL back to the internal Filr system.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?
